Hi! I am Dení Vázquez, Happiness Coach and Image Consultant. The founder of my own project which I have been yearning for!
My purpose is to accompany people who have a certain level of dissatisfaction within themselves towards a happier, more meaningful, more conscious, and more fulfilling version of themselves so they can shine their own light in their desired way and live a better life.
I am especially concerned with increasing levels of empathy, self-compassion, and developing emotional intelligence in our society.
Relationship issues anyone?
Are you feeling disconnected from yourself, are having issues with your partner, feeling uncomfortable around your colleagues, or are having a difficult relationship with your boss, or family... ? I got you!
Life Transitions?
Are you trying to find out your passion, struggling with a separation, or with the pain caused due to unfaithfulness on either part, moving to a different country, doubting about to stay at home or keep your job after having a baby, wanting to change jobs, having 2 great offerings and not knowing which one to take...? Let's work on that! I can definitely accompany you to find out what's best for you.
Challenges?
Time, priorities or stress management? Let's work on that, mainly by uncovering the layers from what there is beneath the surface.
Developing Happier People?
Sure! It is possible and we can definitely work on that using the science of happiness. You choose: individual coaching, group coaching, workshops, or courses for a group.
My favorite clients? Those who:
-Want to be happier
-Feel resourceful but don't know very much how to get over a situation
-Think they need tools that will allow them to improve their lives
-Like to work on themselves
-Want to change something even if they don't know exactly what
-Are responsible and willing to do what it takes to see the desired results in their lives
- Increase my clients' happiness levels so they can have a better relationship with themselves and with the world surrounding them
- Awaken their level of awareness
- Develop more consciousness in their whole being
- Guide them to manifest their desired outcome and live a happier life
- Accompany them to open up to their emotions, recognize them, accept them and understand them
- Show them different perspectives of their own experiences so they can see the whole picture, understand better a situation, and make a choice in any challenge they might be facing
- Find and reflect their blind spots for them to make the best decision and take action according to what they want
- Connect their whole mind (brain, heart, and gut) so they can live with all their being their inner desires and manage better their teams and their lives
- Help people to show a better version of themselves, creating an image of themselves that respects who they truly are
People describe me as a ray of sunshine, joyful, sparkling, kind, playful, curious, spontaneous, open minded, committed, analytical, transformational, a dreamer, a doer, a free spirit... On my side, I would describe myself as a happiness revolutionary who is seeking to make this world a happier, more beautiful, more peaceful, more conscious, more meaningful, and more loving place!

Two main things happened:
In a long flight from Switzerland to Mexico, a Mexican stewardess asked me: "What do you do to be so happy? Because I have been working for over 10 years as a stewardess in these big airplanes; I have seen lots of people and it is the first time I see someone as happy as you. So tell me, what do you do?" I honestly didn't know very much what to say, I felt average. I was of course very honored for the comment, but totally unaware of what she was seeing on me... I was surprised! How come not a lot of people are (or at least seem) happy?
In 2017, five of my colleagues were in burnout. One of them committed suicide, which was a very shocking event for me as I was also suffering from stress, and even saw myself having suicidal thoughts; a product of undiagnosed depression. For some reason, I didn't burn out, and I was very intrigued by what took me outside of that downward spiral.
My curiosity after these two events brought me to discover "The Science of Well-Being," a course given by Dr Laurie Santos from Yale University, then "Positive Psychology 1504," a Harvard course given by Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar. They both changed my life! I discovered my call, went further in my studies, and decided, in honor of my colleagues and my own experience, to guide my clients to avoid suicide, burnout, and depression. My aim is to accompany people to live a more meaningful, healthier, and happier life.
